Alex Pettyfer to play 'Chris' alongside Kristen in Cali?

EXCLUSIVE: Hot off his starring turn in MAGIC MIKE, Alex Pettyfer is in final negotiations to play Kristen Stewart’s love interest in Nick Cassavetes’ gritty action pic CALI, reports Variety's Jeff Sneider.

Voltage Prods. and New School Media are producing the Michael Diliberti-scripted pic, which follows a pair of San Fernando Valley lovebirds (Stewart and Pettyfer) who sell a fake snuff film and ride off with a bundle of cash. Years later, Stewart’s character must “return from the dead” to save the younger sister she left behind. (via)

Are you familiar with "The Notebook", if you are you probably love it as much as I do. Amazing love story, based on one of the many popular Nicholas Sparks books. It's director Nick Cassavetes is set to direct Kristen Stewart's new movie Cali.

Confirmed! Kristen Stewart set to star in, and Co-Produce, new action movie "Cali" !!

How exciting! Another new movie for Kristen, is in the works, and this time, she will also be co-producing!! This will be her first ever "producing" gig. All info on the new movie can be found below, which is described as being a "gritty action pic", and that it will start filiming "late summer". Kristen will be playing a character named Maya, more details after the cut!
