Confirmed, Rob will NOT attending this years MTV Movie Awards?

According to E!'s @marcmalkin, Rob's rep has confirmed to him that Rob will not be attending the MMA's due to him promoting Cosmopolis. Even though this does upset many of us, we have to understand Rob has other duties to tend to.
